On May 3rd, at 11 am, the town gathered at Mesalands Community College’s North American Wind Research and Training Center to celebrate Cinco de Mayo early! Food trucks, vendors, and talented musicians all came through to make this a memorable event. It was a nice sunny day. Although it was windy, the wind is a usual guest of the town, so it did not stop anyone from having fun.
